The AZNHA Board of Directors is thrilled to announce this new recognition program!

The AZNHA Caregiver of the Year Recognition program is designed to help raise awareness of the incredible individuals working in home care who demonstrate professionalism, compassion and commitment to their clients, their agency and the community.
Nomination Deadline: July 25
Nominee Qualifications:
- Must be a direct care worker/frontline caregiver providing care and support for individuals in their home. Licensed professionals (e.g. RN, PT) are eligible provided they are working in a caregiving (vs. clinical or administrative) role for the agency.
- Minimum of 2 years working in the home care industry; no minimum time spent with nominating agency.
- Must be an employee of the nominating AZNHA Agency Member.
Good to Know:
- AZNHA Agency Members in good standing will be able to nominate one (1) individual from their agency.
- Nominations are accepted via an online form through the deadline date indicated.
- The Selection Committee will be comprised of AZNHA Agency and Associate Members plus other qualified individuals as approved by the board. Committee Members may not be affiliated an agency that has a nominee.
The Recipient of this award will be invited to attend the AZNHA Conference and be recognized onstage with an award plus $500.
