We will address the direct correlation between the onboarding experience and care staff retention, including seven easy to implement strategies to improve the process.

About the Speaker
Terra Vicario is the Chief Client Officer at Viventium. With 20 years of experience in the HCM industry, she’s held various leadership positions in go-to-market functions. Terra has spoken on a variety of topics surrounding caregiver workforce trends, like pay, onboarding, training, culture, and more. She has made guest appearances on webinars and interviews hosted by Polsinelli, MissionCare Collective, McKnights, PHA, SNN, and DailyPay. She has hosted countless other Viventium webinars, including a three-part series entitled The Hierarchy of Caregivers Needs. Terra has published articles in Fast Company, TLNT, and Recruiting Daily. She believes an employee’s work experience significantly impacts their overall well-being and is confident that helping agencies and facilities raise the bar will have a lasting impact on the post-acute care industry.
