AZNHA In-Person Program (June 25, 2025)

This is a must-attend event for Arizona home care providers looking to stay informed, build connections, and gain an edge in today’s evolving landscape.

This year, our focus is on strengthening member connections and fostering collaboration—because together, we move forward.  One of the biggest lessons COVID taught our industry is that we truly need one another. By working together and supporting each other, we can achieve our shared mission: providing compassionate care that allows people to remain safely in their homes.

Home Care Leaders: Taking Your Agency to the Next Level

This dynamic panel session will bring together experienced home health and in-home care agency owners and leaders to discuss trends, challenges, new technologies and strategies for improving the delivery of care, creating effective teams and nurturing growth and success.  Panelists will share their experiences, offer practical information, and engage in a lively discussion. Featuring:

  • Joseph Furtado, Vice President, Home Health, Thema Health Services
  • Kimberly Lane, Executive Director, Banner Home Care
  • Zach Shaw, CEO, Affordable Home Care Solutions
  • Sara Wilson, CEO/President, Home Assist Health

This program is being held in conjunction with the AAHC Annual Conference.  Registration provides a pass to attend the above Session and Networking Reception held afterwards.

We’re excited to announce a change to our speaker series! Moving forward, sessions will be held quarterly and in-person at various locations across the Valley. We hope this encourages members to engage more socially, collaborate, and build stronger relationships. As we unite to enhance our industry, we also elevate awareness of the high standards we uphold—our ultimate mission.  And what better way to connect than with Happy Hour?   These gatherings will be a perfect blend of relaxation and valuable insights to help strengthen, streamline, and even simplify your business.
