Back by Popular Demand! Benjamin’s session at the 2023 AzNHA Conference received rave reviews so we’ve invited him to present in this month’s AzNHA Education Program.

Innovation in age-tech is happening faster than we can keep up with. Yet, knowing what tools are available and which situations demand which tool is becoming a critical service in-home care companies can offer families…join us for this insightful program and take away actionable information on the types of tools now available and how to evaluate their fit for your clients.

About the Speaker: Benjamin Surmi is a social gerontologist who is passionate about designing surprisingly delightful user experiences for elders, their family members, and care professionals. He drives Koelsch Communities’ Innovation Lab, wellness and lifelong learning, employee and family education, workflow design and culture initiatives.

RSVP at least 48 hours prior to the start of the program to receive the access link.

This program will be held on Zoom.  You will need a device (computer, tablet or phone) with speakers and a strong internet connection to participate.
