During this presentation, you will learn how the insurance industry has been turned upside down and still is. There are less admitted insurance carriers than ever before and now more exclusions on policies than before because of Covid. Are you covered by your policy if your employee is alleged to have passed any sort of communicable disease on to a client? Does your policy combine general, professional liability and abuse coverage under the same limit? If you lost everything if your office due to a fire and were displaced, do you have enough coverage to replace everything and also cover rent at a new location? Let’s have a real discussion of claims that we have seen.
