Valued AZNHA Members.
First and foremost, thank you for your continued membership and support of best practices in safe, quality professional caregiving services. We cannot thank you enough. As you all know, we strive every day to continue to spread the message about AZNHA and its importance in our state that lacks any oversight or regulation. We have made tremendous strides throughout the years but there is much work to be done. Membership value is also something that weighs heavily on all our efforts as continue to provide resources and support where we feel the industry needs it the most.
That brings us to a program we’ve been exploring since 2023, that will both raise the standards of care by providing a solid foundation in care delivery while increasing membership value by further separating AZNHA members from the private and contractor caregiving sectors.
This program comes with a cost that members would have to absorb. That cost has already been negotiated and significantly discounted for the association if we choose to adopt. The AZNHA board wants membership to have ample time and opportunity to review the proposal and ask any questions or raise any concerns they have in regards to this program before making any decisions. A final survey to business owners will be distributed so AZNHA knows where our membership stands.
Please make time to review the proposal and attachments ahead of the town hall and come with all your questions and concerns. Please also make time to attend and participate in the virtual town hall.
