Exhibit Information

Thank you for supporting the in-home care community!  This is the information for Exhibitors at our annual conference.

Checklist: Please note that we do not use a third-party exhibit company so do not hesitate to contact us directly for any details related to the exhibit and/or your package.

Group Rate: $119 – Rooms are on a space-available basis through July 21. Reserve online here or call the hotel. 


  • Set-up* Time:    6:00AM – 8:00AM 
    Check in with AZNHA Staff at the Event Desk to receive your table assignment and name badge.
  • Viewing Time: 8:30AM – 3:00PM
    There are two dedicated breaks for exhibits from 10-10:30AM and 2:15-2:45PM.
  • Dismantle* Time:  2:45PM – 4:00PM
    If additional set-up/dismantle time is needed, please contact us to arrange. 

Exhibit Space:

This is a table-top exhibit in the immediate space adjacent to the Main Session room.  The space is not defined by pipe and drape or other boundaries and we do not use booth numbers. The exhibits may be in a publicly-accessible area of the venue.  Exhibitors are required to wear the badge provided at all times while in the community areas designated for the event.

  • Standard** Exhibit Space Dimensions:   Table: 2.5ft x 6ft
    All items including displays, banners and materials must be ON TOP of the table. Chairs must be behind the table. 
  • Banners/Displays:   Banners/Displays must be on or behind the table. The maximum height of displays is 11ft (if on top of the table, 8ft). The maximum width of displays is 6ft.
  • Complimentary Items:  One 6ft x 2.5ft table (covered in a drape+); one chair per Exhibitor (up to 2 chairs will fit in behind the table); Basic WiFi
  • Items Available for a Fee:   Electrical Access, High Speed Internet (Wired), Additional Exhibitors beyond what is included in the package.
  • Space Assignments:    Spaces are assigned about 48-hours prior to the program by staff on a first-paid basis taking into account sponsor preferences; expressed preferences and other factors such as electrical needs.  If you would prefer to be next to (or not next to) specific exhibitors or company types, please advise in writing (email) prior to the registration deadline.

**Premium Exhibit Space is included in the top tier Sponsor Packages and provides additional floor space for displays/signage.
+You are welcome to use your own branded table cover over the one provided by the hotel provided the covering does not extend onto the floor.

Shipping Instructions:

You are welcome to hand-carry your exhibit items; this information is just for those that are shipping items to the hotel.

Please make arrangements to ship your exhibit items and collateral to the venue using the address below.  Please time the deliveries to occur no more than three (3) days prior to the day of the show; otherwise Storage Fees will apply.   

When shipping your items to the hotel, please ensure the Company Name is displayed prominently on all packages so they may be placed near your assigned table.

  • Handling Fees: $20/per package (up to 30 pounds); packages over 30 pounds will incur charges up to $5 per 10 pounds.
  • Storage Fees: Packages that arrive prior to the 3 days, will incur a daily fee of $10 per day.

Exhibitor Passes:

The Exhibit Fee includes registration for up to 2 people to be on-site. Sponsors with Exhibit Space as part of the package: please refer to your package for the number of complimentary passes. 

  • Please email (info@aznha.org) the name and email for the complimentary exhibitor passes by August 15.
  • Additional passes beyond the included ones are available for a fee ($75).  The Pass includes Lunch.  Purchase additional passes online here or contact us to purchase by phone by August 15. 

Good to Know:


The metro Phoenix area can be quite warm in August with average highs of 100+ and lows of 75+ with very low humidity (20%).  Venues are usually well air-conditioned which means indoor meeting spaces can be cold. 


The recommended attire for all conference activities is Business/Smart Casual (company branded clothing or uniforms are welcome).  A sweater or light jacket is recommended for the indoor meeting spaces. 


Complimentary parking is available on-site at the venue.  We recommend parking near the conference center which is towards the rear of the property (there is an entrance off of Chaparral).
